These oysters are farmed in Little Skookum Inlet, Washington, situated in southern Puget Sound near Shelton. Skookums are known for their deep cups and plump bodies, with an appealing appearance thanks to the mineral-rich waters they grow in. Their taste is sweet with a subtle fruity finish.

Can I pick a date for delivery?
Yes. Once you add any perishable items to your cart, you'll see a date picker on the checkout page to schedule your delivery. We recommend selecting the day prior to when you want to consume them.
Merchandise ships on it's own schedule, usually within 5-7 days of being ordered.
How quickly can I get it?
We can get your product to you within 48 hrs. for delivery Thursday through Sunday.
Do you have a retail location?

Do you do parties and catering?
Yes we offer a raw oyster bar catered experience for parties and events. Use our contact form to discuss catering rates.
